Use and requirements

You may install and use this beta for personal evaluation with your own devices and Codex installation. You separately need compatible Windows and Wear OS devices, existing Codex access and the same private Wi-Fi network. Codex subscriptions, inference, hardware and connectivity charges are separate. Read the compatibility information before installing. Sending requires an unlocked Windows desktop.

The app displays saved project chats and progress, optionally monitors completion events and optionally sends instructions into an existing desktop chat. It does not provide inference services or handle agent approvals. Sleep or network loss can delay alerts; review important instructions and results on the PC. Inspect an uncertain delivery before resending.

Software and updates

This beta is supplied for evaluation and may change. Download updates from the official Wrist Agent page. Codex updates can affect compatibility; we will publish known compatibility changes with releases. The current Windows distribution is unsigned. Do not disable Windows security to install it.

Our proprietary software is licensed for personal beta use; third-party components retain the rights granted by their own licences. Their notices are included in the package. These terms do not license OpenAI accounts or trademarks or override Google's or OpenAI's terms.

Support and your rights

Report issues to privacy@defamation.dev. Include device and version information rather than private chats or credentials. No fixed support response time is promised for the beta.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes your statutory rights. Terms, compatibility, pricing and applicable consumer disclosures for any future paid watch-app sale will be supplied separately before purchase.
